Ordering Help
The order form on this website works by storing a small file called a cookie on your computer, which will stay there until you close your browser down. This file holds information about which items you have found on the site and added to your order by clicking on the link on the item's page.
In order for the form to work, you must have cookies enabled in your browser, and scripts enabled so that the forms can be filled and calculate your order cost automatically. If, however, you are reluctant to enable these features, or are using a browser which does not support them, you can still print out the order form and fill it in by hand. You can download a form as a Adobe Acrobat (PDF), Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP, Open Document, or Rich Text Format document as well.
Completed order forms should be returned by post along with a cheque made payable to Jill Ford Ceramics for the full amount (including postage a packaging) in UK Pounds Stirling to:

Postage and packaging is charged at 10% of the total cost of your order. Postage is by Royal Mail (first class) to UK addresses only - if you would like to arrange an alternative method of shipping, please contact Jill by email (jillfordceramics@aol.com) to ask what options are available.
