All the photographs of the ceramics offered for sale via this website are true and accurate representations, but details do vary between each piece. All pieces are hand made and finished, and the size and finish of each piece may vary from those represented by the photographs on this website, and from the sizes quoted on individual pages.

Orders for ceramics can be placed by post, email or PayPal. The availability of pieces to fill orders cannot be guaranteed, but every effort will be made to fill orders within 28 days (subject to the clearance of cheques). If, for any reason, orders cannot be filled within this period, you will be notified as soon as possible. Completed orders are posted by surface mail to the UK only. People wishing to purchase ceramics from outside the UK should first contact Jill via email (jillfordceramics@aol.com) or post.
