Ella and I collaborated on her room set at art& York 2019 when she curated a glorious mixture of furnishings and accessories that combined bold colour and vibrant patterns with cool white porcelain. She shows us how to throw out the rule book and create a totally unique look, combining elements that give us delight and joy. The results are inevitably a rich mix of effect, impact and ambiance. Adding the Barnacle shell range of bowls and standing forms with their masses of holes, gave a quirky and unexpected edge to the concept.
